I loved the atmosphere of feeling like I was in my own home it was just smaller but so cozy and really felt like home. I love the staff members which were Ms or Mrs Lorraine and Mrs or Ms Christine and Ms or Mrs Jennifer and there were two other very polite ladies that was on morning shift. I really give thanks to Mr Arron on 3rd shift. He was so very helpful, and took the time to answer my questions about the pizza place and it's food. I have two granddaughters who was wanting Chinese food, but it was closed. So Arron help convince the girls to get wings and pizza. Thank you all so much. Excellent stay and Premium Staff. We are planning our next visit there now, and hoping for the same room 717. Thank you for being a great team of people, and so very very friendly and polite and I must say some genuine caring folk!!!!. Thank you once again.

The check-in was easy and fast. Noticeably, the floor carpet along the halfway to our room looked new, clean and fresh. Our room was also neat and clean. I took note and appreciated that when I requested for a quiet, corner room while I booked a room, Residence Inn delivered. Thank you. And the breakfast offering was very satisfactory. The choices were plentiful, and the hot dishes were served hot.

Let me say that the GM and the AGM were incredible. I immediately knew by the absolute frantic pace of the gentleman that someone must have called out or did not come to work. I am a 27 year veteran of the service industry and truly believe those two men went above and beyond to make sure the guests were cared for. Stunning display of work ethic and dedication to the brand. Bravo gentleman, Bravo.

There was an issue with my booking and the lady working the front desk at check in went above and beyond to make the problem better without me even asking! And the woman who seemed like the hotel manager saw us the next morning and was asking about our stay like she knew us. Super friendly and accommodating staff!
